If Trump signs an EO they have to release the documents.
If the Intel agencies ignore subpoena, what makes you think that they will obey President Trump’s order to release the documents?
Can he order the military to infiltrate their offices and cart off all the paperwork and computers?
To start, Trump could order unredacted versions of what’s already public.
For example, the FISA court’s opinion about FISA data abuse, the 85% was improper.
The FISA warrant applications could also be released.
