  10. Great job guys, and right on the money. Has anybody else notice that in the last couple days the term “ALT RIGHT” is being used heavily by the media and the NTers? I guess this is their new battle plan. We should start calling them ALT LEFT.

    One last question: Fur, what is it you were looking for in a candidate this election?

    Some comments: No way Ted Cruz could have beat clinton. He didn’t beat Trump in the primary, so we do know this — it’s not a mystery.
    Loved Fur’s comment/analogy of Robert Shaw character — perfect.
    On “new way of polling” (to try to get a handle on who voted for Trump — I don’t think any of the polls really got it right for the right reason: so many new/re-engaged voters. I don’t think anyone could have accurately predicted, based on polling, the final number. We’ll probably never know because of the rampant vote fraud. I’m with Pinko on this. Trump won in a “landslide” because he overcame the corruption in addition to changing the electoral map. As Priebus said today to Stephanopolous, “This election focused on 12 states that were the ones in play.” In other words, talk all you want about popular vote, but Trump’s was a winning strategy and more winning than the same strategy clinton employed. There goes the popular vote theory/cudgel.

    Finally: Fur’s comment that Trump (probably) couldn’t win against a strong Democrat candidate. Totally disagree. If you follow the next logical tea party step, after failing to get what we wanted from the House and the Senate, the next legal recourse was the WH (while keeping the Congress). Besides, who would have been a strong D candidate? Kerry? Biden? The country wasn’t ready for Sanders, so I don’t think he would have withstood Trump just on sheer likeability.

    We should do an open mike radio show with IOTWr and Politopinion commenters. I’d like to hear others’ opinions and arguments in real time. Would be fun.

  17. Yea, that was a good chat, two guys from NTC, nice to know there was sanity there until BFH left, I don’t know, Mr Pinko might still be there, but he sounds like a good guy. One thing, LOSE the crash sound, I mean it. Good gravy, it’s annoying, are you deaf?

    If Trump doesn’t pick Milo for press secretary, I say he should get BFH or Mr. Pinko – Pinko sounds like a tough guy. A conservative with a NY accent would make heads explode.
