President Trump’s Leadership Tactic by Leigh Scott

One of, if not the best skill to have in business is the ability to make others think that YOUR ideas came from them.

It’s a leadership tactic and only works if you are goal oriented and have long term vision.

Which, clearly, the President does.

His top advisor is a  film producer who built up the number one conservative website and is a master of the internet. Even more than real estate, Trump is a master of marketing and branding. He gets money just to put his name on things.

  1. I need to call bull shit on this. One of the reason I was on the Trump Train in 2012 is I knew a CEO that operates EXACTLY like Trump. Trumps biggest assets are Vision, the ability to assemble a winning team, to empower that team, to delegate to that team and communicate his vision and their goals. Maybe I’m wrong. Don’t think so.

  2. True Trump supporters never voted for Trump because he was the ultimate “Fuck You” to the establishment. They voted for him because he was the ultimate “Fuck Yes” for the country. If you fall into the first category, you don’t get it.

  3. BB — Did we read the same article? ‘Cause I’m not understanding your disagreement with the link. The premise is that great leaders create support through bringing them around to thinking the leader’s ideas are their ideas. I see this every day w/Trump. One of the reasons the late Trump arrivals are disappointed, I think, is because they don’t see him moving fast enough or he is chummy with the wrong people. I see someone who is winning by not alienating the very people he needs to champion his causes (but he’s more subtle than that). His trip, for example, to Paris is not to make a BFF of Macron, but I’ll bet money that a big concession will be coming from France. Macron already signaled that he’s a goofy puppy at Trump’s feet.

Everyday Leigh Scott makes Liberal heads explode on his Facebook page. All his Liberal peers (Hollywood) have conniption fits with his support for Trump.
Always a fun, insightful read on Facebook – well worth “befriending”.
