Secretary of State Kris Kobach announces first conviction of noncitizen voting in Kansas

KCS:

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach said Wednesday that he has obtained his first conviction of a person who illegally voted in a Kansas election without being a U.S. citizen.

Kobach, who has advised President Donald Trump on immigration and voter fraud, said that Victor David Garcia Bebek has pleaded guilty to voter fraud.

Kobach, a Republican, is the only secretary of state in the country with the authority to prosecute voter fraud.

“No matter how many cases we prosecute the political left will always whine that there’s not enough cases to justify protecting our elections in this way,” Kobach said in a phone interview. “That’s absurd.”

The conviction of Bebek was the eighth for Kobach since he gained the authority to prosecute voter fraud in 2015, his office said.

  1. I was a poll watcher in this past election. Sat within earshot of the poll workers, all of whom were Dems (three said they were “independents,” but based on how often they said they hoped Hillary would kick Donald Trump’s ass, I assumed they were actually Dems.) At least a dozen times, people came in to vote and did not have an acceptable form of ID. When the poll workers told them they could not vote or could vote provisionally, the voters would say, “But why? I voted last time with no ID!” I’m convinced it is only because I was there that the poll workers did their jobs!

  2. “obtained his first conviction of a person who illegally voted in a Kansas election without being a U.S. citizen.”

they should have started at the head of the snake and convicted obama of the same thing.

  3. Sent this to Fur a couple of days ago. Looks like it didn’t make the grade.

Perfect place for this. Don’t tell me fraud isn’t happening.

My last convo on this subject with a high IQ lib, he said something like: “You mean the 40 people who have been convicted of illegal voting all across America? That doesn’t throw an election!”

When I mention their high IQ, be assured they treat everyone else as dummies and refuse to listen at all. Not smart enough to know when they’re wrong or admit it.
