The IRS’ inspector general released a new report yesterday that reveals that most illegal immigrants who pay taxes have stolen someone else’s identity.
The report also says that the tax agency doesn’t do a good job of alerting Americans and legal immigrants know that they’re being impersonated.
There are potentially 1.4 million people affected by the fraud in 2015, but the IRS audit only manages to identify half of those people.
Sounds like a lowball number to me. Then add to that the leaching from other government programs.
This is 16 years ago….short version…IRS packet on my gate. They want to know why I didn’t pay these taxes from South Carolina for 3 years…never been there. They recognized that the name ‘Jose Gordinez Pinion’ didn’t match mine. Ten year audit because they can. Called Social Security to tell them of this infraction and they told me that they already knew, but they put it into a special fund just for funzies….in 2001 6 billion dollars were going to social security from illegals who stole identities….imagine now….

How can the SSA have the precise specific unique SS #’s of 1.4 million American citizens and claim it can’t identify HALF of those citizens? Enter a # and instantly you have name and address.

As long as illegals are having taxes withheld, SSA doesn’t care. Most illegals know to play the multiple-exemptions game for zero withholding.

Dad hired two spanglish speakers with papers. Dutifully made copies of documents and put the guys to work. A year later two bull dykes from INS showed up. Turns out two LEGALS, in a different part of the state, shared documents with Illegals. INS wrote out a couple tickets, which, coincidentally, added up to exactly the same amount lawyer wanted to fight the charges. Shazaayam. Dad hired lawyer, who wrote a letter, made everything go away. No way in hell he’d ever get his money back. A friend of my mother had this problem. Her son defaulted on a home loan and he was only 6. Some illegal used his SSN and just like that, the child’s credit was ruined. SS doesn’t give a shit because they collect taxes from somebody, so whatever. The only way you can fight is if you catch the right person at SSAdmin who actually WANTS to help you and on his own time or you know a state rep/senator.

the database management to probably a Indian contractor and they
sold the ENTIRE database to china. It was all electronic records
back to the 80’s, all background investigations, and ALL government
workers that have a background check ran on them.
We regularly get letters from the IRS out here from the shithole
puerto rico running tax claims against our SS numbers here. I think
it’s a scam ran by a govguam worker selling the records to a crook
there.
They just snagged a car dealer here for selling new cars directly
to china and the records show they were sold to people here on island.
The people didn’t even know it happened, but it shows up on their
credit report when they apply for welfare. Red handed. HAH!

Illegals don’t “pay” taxes. They FILE tax returns, yes… in order to get CREDITS that exceed anything that might have been paid. The tax code is a giant welfare program for illegals.
Run an E-verify check on every worker and every social security number in the United States.
Round up those operating on Someone Else’s number and jail them, then sentence them to push a wheel barrow on the Wall construction.
