On the Bolivar Peninsula along the Gulf Coast of Texas this past weekend, a group of drunken, drugged-out, mostly black hoodlums held what they call Go Topless Jeep Week. The results are three shootings, one dead, several others shot, dozens arrested and complete chaos. Decent people and families are running out of places to have a good time.
