National File:
With today’s additions of Wyoming and Ohio, a total of 21 states – including Texas – are signed on or seek to be signed on to the Supreme Court lawsuit challenging the elections in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
Since Texas filed the suit, over 20 states have joined or expressed an interest in joining. As it now stands, the following states are seeking a Supreme Court remedy to the November 3 election: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, West Virginia, and Florida. more
It SHOULD be more states but we all know WHY?
America isn’t totally OVER YET!
The natives are getting restless. Their constituents are so Goddamned mad about this coup de ta that if they sit on their thumbs they risk being tarred and feathered themselves
I just heard that California, Oregon, and Washington, are looking seriously at joining.
What is happening with the 3pm deadline on the defendants PA MI, WI and GA in Texas v Pennsylvania, et al.???
I scanned the internecks and I’m reading the SCOTUS peeps are getting an earful in phone calls, too as well as the states AGs.
When 46 States have joined, Cruz can argue to the court that all the other States didn’t have a problem obeying the law, why do these 4 States think they can do differently?
When Trump’s victory is certified, we need a national church bell ringing event that will make Communists’ heads explode. Pass it around!
dee- Good question. I haven’t seen anything about it. It’s only 4pm EST, though.
It’s 3 PM Pacific. Go figure.
Oregon joining? That’s rich. Oregon democrats are as corrupt as anywhere.
Brad- Really? So they have all day, I guess.

2 more hours. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the Feds use PST before.
judgeroybean, I did hear that, but it was part of a joke. Those of us on the left coast know better.
Has anyone heard from those seven other states that Obama was talking about?

Another 105 congress folk supporting Texas argument only legislatures can set election rules.
This argument is consistent with the majority of the pro-Texas motions.
What happened to Kentucky?
Where’s Idaho??
I think I heard PA is suing itself. lol. Did I hear right?
I think West Virginia just signed up.
It’s south of Canada, Anonymous.
Idaho is now with the program, but where are you, Ohio? Trump carried you by 10 points. And where are Kentucky, Iowa and North Carolina
How craven and cowardly do the Gutless Old Pricks in these states have to be NOT to join a suit to defend the rights of their base when there’s 21 other states providing cover
@Jimmy- Quiet a fine idea, sir! Better than the sounds of 5.56. (For now…)

Ohio’s RINO AG filed alright but DISAGREEING with the relief Texas seeks–he and our RINO governor have gotten really comfy with the unlimited power the spineless legislature has allowed them–and they see the moves in PA and something they’d like to get their slimy hands on ALSO–alot of people talking about Jim Jordan primarying DeWine-I LIKE IT!
The rabid spin is whirring: “Over 25 States And Territories Slam Texas’ Supreme Court Lawsuit To Overturn Election”
Is “slamming” more effective than “filing?”
OVER 25! WOW!
Suck shit, Forbes.
