KFI:
SF Chronicle reporter Vivian Ho joined us this afternoon with the latest news from the Kate Steinle murder trial.
During the fifth day of trial, Assistant District Attorney Diana Garcia introduced evidence that the bullet that killed Steinle ricocheted off the concrete before striking her in the back.
Defense attorney Matt Gonzalez is trying to prove that the gun accidentally went off after 45-year-old Jose Ines Garcia Zarate found it wrapped in a t-shirt under this seat on San Francisco’s Pier 14. MORE
So it was an accidental discharge? My ass. The bleeding hearts are laboring away to get this sub human grub off the hook. Put him on a meat hook.
This would be an excellent opportunity for Jeff Sessions to step in as to why the San Francisco PD isn’t held accountable
How many times does it have to be proven?
You have to pull the trigger.
Remember when the manure salesman Scott Peterson killed his pregnant wife while having an affair with Amber Frey and it was national news for years? They even made a movie about it.
Why is this not getting even LOCAL coverage!!!!!!
WTF?! Why is the district attorney introducing evidence of a ricochet? Wouldn’t that be the job of the defense attorney?
