On November 5 they’ll ‘seasonally adjust’ the figure to show a 9.5% rate, just like they do every election ‘season’.

92.6 million work eligible people not working is not part of the unemployment stats. The real rate is 25 to 30%
Constantly, they report job losses or unemployment claims in the 350,000 to 400,000 range. Next day they list something like 160,000 new jobs and the rate of unemployment goes down. Makes as much sense as the global warming lies.
We have some of the highest number of people not working.
Admittedly, the past few years, we have had the huge number of us baby boomers are retiring. I retired in 2009 at 62.

The unemployment rate is 5.9%. If you multiply by 2, divide by 7, cube the remainder, multiply by 6, then subtract 5.
