Look up borderline personality, not to mention, psychopath. This woman is seriously mentally ill.
I had a boss like her for a while when I worked for the gubmint. We called her The Barbarian. She would meet w/us and rant, scream obscenities, call us names. Then she graduated to picking up chairs and hurling them. Those up the toilet chain of command weren’t much better although slightly more controlled on the furniture heaving.
She went on a mental health leave and never came back.
Killary needs a 72 hour mental health probation at the least. I expect the keepers would never let her out of the padded cell.
