The axiom “survival of the fittest” doesn’t apply to dogs. It’s survival of the most adorable. So some dogs might have visual acuity problems that wild animals wouldn’t have. That’s the only explanation I can think of for these.
That’s a great video. I’ve got a Pittie that can catch anything like a ninja, and a Rottie pup who can’t catch the floor if she fell off the couch, heheheh.
My little black lab loves to chase the ball — tennis ball with hole drilled through it and a rope attached. But she is a little bit stupid. I wouldn’t give her up for anything though.
