YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) — Police in Ohio say they were called to a house by a man who complained he’d gotten too high smoking marijuana.
The Youngstown Vindicator reports that Austintown Township police on Friday found the 22-year-old man curled in a fetal position on the floor, groaning and surrounded by snacks that included Doritos, Goldfish crackers and Chips Ahoy cookies. more

I was on a jury a few years ago where the defendant had a loaded handgun (illegal due to not being licensed) in his vehicle and decided to go bar hopping. After the third bar returned to his truck, he could not find his gun and called 911. He came close to being shot by the sheriff and deputies when he suddenly discovered it was next to him and reached for it.
Ohio has Issue 3 on the ballot this November which would essentially legalize marijuana. If it passes, expect to hear more lstories like this one.
