News broke yesterday of GOP establishment figures plotting to take over a brokered convention and nominate some alternative hand-picked candidate for president. Such a move by Republican leadership would destroy the party.
On his Friday night program, Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin explained that the GOP establishment is perfectly comfortable doing that. They would rather let Hillary Clinton become president than suffer a constitutional conservative in office.

Reagan should have been the candidate in 76. By 80 he had so much popular support. the establishment couldn’t ignore him. But they hated him; Rockefeller was their guy. Trump or Cruz need overwhelming numbers to prevent the establishment from brokering the convention. This is why all the losers are still in.

Not true! The Republican Party stands for money, power, elitism, snobbery, corruption, open borders, deficits, regulations, trade imbalances, flim flam, control, deceit, double cross, patronage,

My guess is they will put up Jeb or Rubio and cause a third party run by Cruz or trump or both. If the two of them joined together we might have a historic win for our side and America.
Make no mistake, they will cheat, just like they cheated with Ron Paul (no matter what we think of him), by not letting the delegates cast their votes by stalling the meetings and then declared Romney the winner by consensus, Oregon for one and some other states.

Yes the current RINO Republican establishment does stand for something !! It stands for whatever the Democrats tell it to stand for because the RINO establishment is nothing more than Democrats in disguise intent on ensure there is no Republican push back. How much more clear do they have to make it before everyone finally accepts they aren’t members of an opposition party, but rather are simply members of the same party with the sole purpose of ensuring there is no opposition party.
