Petraeus and other big name witnesses to testify to Benghazi Committee

SharylAttkisson:

Petraeus testifies to the Benghazi Committee this Wednesday. The following day, Charlene Lamb, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for International Programs for Diplomatic Security testifies. State Department diplomats who worked in Libya said that Lamb repeatedly denied their security requests in the build-up to the Benghazi attacks.

Friday, former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta testifies. And next week, the committee hears from former Defense Department Chief of Staff Jeremy Bash.

  1. How exciting. Yawn.
It’ll all end up doing as much good as the Operation Fast and Furious congressional investigation.
These investigations only give a platform for the members investigating to say, “LOOK AT ME”

  2. Friday is also the day Panetta testifies. Perfect timing. Here is some of what he’ll say. Its from a 2013 Senate committee hearing on Benghazi. The comittee now has the information from all the earlier witness, including HRC, and documents no one had when Panetta gave this testimony. Same with Petraeous and Lamb. The timing with the release of 13 Hours could not be better.

  3. Here’s a sample

“Mr. Panetta also [testified that] that he and Gen. Dempsey had backed a secret plan put forth by then-Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and then-CIA Director David H. Petraeus to arm opposition rebels fighting to overthrow President Bashar Assad in Syria.”

I wonder how they planned to do that?

  4. Panetta flew back and forth from California every weekend while he was stuck with being head of the CIA and then Defense Secretary. He and the wife conducted seminars about the horrors of global warming.

He is an old retread from the glorious Clinton years.

  5. until politicians are held responsible for the results of their policies and actions nothing will ever change.
if there is no down side to any of their actions then why would they change?
we will still have all the problems with the ruling elite we do now and it won’t change until quite a few of them are swinging from lamp posts in sight of our seats of power.
    that is human nature!

  6. Given the perfect storm of crisis that her life has become–unresolved legal issues, documented anger management issues, her idiotic choice to have Bill campaign for her, daily beatdowns by Trump, the sky-high stakes of this now-or-never campaign, and failing health (including industrial-strength insomnia, which I can tell you from personal experience can send you around the bend), I think it’s only a matter of time before she has a very ugly, very pulic meltdown.

When that happens, I’ll be the one ROTFLMFAO.

  7. She made some pretty astonishing admissions during her appearance, and all the press could do was talk about how wonderful she did.

None of the Lo-Fo Voters can sit and listen to the sh!t that emits from her, much less understand that she will not answer a direct question. Even when cornered, they’re not smart enough to realize that what she says now doesn’t square with what she said before. The Formerly Free Press used to make those connections, but it no longer does. Instead, it supports Hitlery and the Left.
