Utah is suing the EPA for withholding information about the contamination of the Animas River. They never notified Utah officials about the elevated levels of heavy metals in the river, they had to find out on their own months later.
Bunch of dangerous incompetent government pricks.
I would argue that it would be in the best interests of all Americans to encourage EPA employees to drink, get stoned and watch porn while on the job. They would do less damage this way.
