No, Lee is right! Just because a state or county ignores or refuses to correct a problem is NOT reason enough for the rest of America to take up a solution. Flint is the problem. If we involve the rest of America in this, it will open the floodgates to every goddamn nickel and dime screw-up being dumped on Washington D.C..

All unnecessary spending will be immediately stopped.
