AmericanThinker: Five members of the FBI’s elite Hostage Rescue Team are being investigated for lying to Oregon law enforcement authorities about the shooting of militiaman LaVoy Finicum, one of the occupiers of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge last month.
An agent told investigators twice that he never fired his weapon. But an examination of Finicum’s truck showed that at least one bullet from an FBI agent’s gun struck the vehicle, while authorities suspect he fired a second shot that missed. The Feeb was probably aiming for one of the unarmed girls in the truck.
The refuge should be re-named the Finicum National Wildlife Refuge, his family compensated for wrongful death, and the lesbo-Guv imprisoned as well as every Gubmint Agent who lifted a gun there.
There is no doubt in my mind after watching this that this release was designed to cover the Agency’s ass… the Occupiers were not dangerous, the Feds as well as the Sheriff knew it, and the video proves it. I don’t think LeVoy really thought he’d be shot – he knew he wasn’t a threat.
And remember, “when help is minutes away, the fbi is seconds away.”
The incident has micro-management written all over it.

What’s that? A cop lying about murdering someone? The hell you say.
There is a mountain of injustice beneath the murder of LaVoy Finicum.
There are a whole slew of people locked up in jail that shouldn’t be, including just about every adult male in the Bundy family, and Steve and Dwight Hammond.
There are decades of abuse by the BLM (Bureau of Land Management).
And there are crooked politicians – Hillary, Harry Reid, etc… – selling the land to foreign corporations, including China and Russia, right out from under American ranchers.
Intimidation, excessive force, corrupt judges – they’ve been fighting this for decades.
For all those who said the occupation of the refuge was the wrong thing to do – the more I learn about it, the more I see – they don’t have many, if any, options left. They need help.
