MSN: SAN FRANCISCO — Although the government officially withdrew from its battle against Apple Monday, many observers sense the tech privacy war is just getting started.
“This lawsuit may be over, but the Constitutional and privacy questions it raised are not,” Congressman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), who had criticized the Justice Department’s suit against Apple, said in a statement Monday.

How many arrests have they made since they’ve gotten this absolutely imperative information?

Wow! Darrell Issa is on this now!
Hey Americans nothing to worry about now, Darrell Issa is on it for the protection of our constitutional freedoms!
Remember all the convictions and prosecutions from the Darrell Issa run hearings on the IRS abuses? Wait, you don’t remember all those people prosecuted for violating the rights of Americans?

Apple does that for China all the time. Any company that won’t do it can’t sell phones there.
What gets me about the whole situation is that Apple was making a play to have our government create a law like China has in that regard and a bunch of people are acting like Apple is supporting their freedom and privacy when the opposite is true,.
I don’t why the FBI is bothering with this. Even after the info on these phones prove that these were Filthy Moslem Savage terrorists, Obama will still say it was workplace violence and demand more gun control.
Darrell Issa – – Fast and Furious, anyone?

Probably some hacker they had dirt on. Or manufactured dirt, more likely, given their current M.O.
