Not certain of your proximity. Called several gun shops locally and they sent me to a gunsmith that was less than honest, and extremely slow.

Did a search locally (proximity of Dayton, OH).
Found a master gunsmith with loads of experience, excellent work, fast and reasonably priced.

Also used Clark custom Guns in Louisiana — excellent

These two, you’ll never have to worry about quality of work, accuracy or reliability.

How in the hell did this video get attached to my message?
“Watch: Ted Cruz vs. Wall Street Journal”

I have even seen it and damn sure didn’t attach it to any message !

Something smells —–or my message got hi-jacked by an asshole..
I know the last sentence doesn’t narrow the search for the perpetrator.

  3. Thanks guys,
I’m in the DFW area, had a good smith at Bass Pro years ago but he’s gone. The Shield’s trigger isn’t terrible for stock, I’m just spoiled and too lazy to install the Acme kit, though I put the Volquartsen kit in my MKII with no issues.

Will spend more on ammo instead for now!

  4. Guys, we are experimenting with new ad tags so that the site can be optimized and run smoother and quicker without suffering revenue loss.
What you just saw is definitely not part of our future plans.
So, you might see some funky things, but rest assured we will get it right.
    That tag has been removed.

You are missing my point Al. If that’s a carry weapon, and you modify it, and ever shoot somebody with it. Some attorney is going to have a field day with your modified gun showing an intent and willingness to shoot some one. Seen it happen. As a matter of fact there’s a Sherrifs Deputy around here locally that swapped out the take down and pivot pins in his AR with the Bravo Company extended pins that have the Skull laser etched on them. He killed some guy with it. He was sued in civil court and those pins cost him and the county a shit load of money.

  6. How cute. I even know libs who want to go to the range with DH and me and learn from DH. Won’t take them because if they are stupid enough to be libs, we don’t trust them with our guns in their hands. We will help them find a certified instructor if they want.
