TheHill: Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders on Friday called for his supporters to get permanently involved in politics, saying he is not a “savior.”
When a supporter at a rally in Fargo, N.D., yelled that the country needed him, Sanders responded, according to ABC News, “If there is any person here, any person here that thinks I’m coming to you as some kind of savior, that I’m going to do it all — all myself, you’re wrong.
“No president, not Bernie Sanders or anybody else, can do it alone. We don’t need a savior,” he continued. more
We already have a Savior and it sure as heck isn’t Bernie or barry or hellary or the democraps or the GOPEE. I’m glad that Bernie at least acknowledges that he isn’t a savior but his idiot supporters sure seem to think he is. The lefts so called saviors have done more to destroy anything good and killed millions of innocent people in the process in the past century or more, look at all their failed saviors i.e. Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler (yes Hitler was a leftist, what do think National Socialism was), Mao, Ho Chi Minh, Castro, Pol Pot etc. have not saved a damned thing but create death and destruction in their attempts to save the world according to the dictates of their ungodly worldview. And I for one will not bow to any of these so called saviors nor to pisslam ever.
