FamilyResearchCouncil: If Ohio is the bellwether of America, then the president’s agenda is in a heap of trouble. The Buckeye State isn’t about to stand back and let the Obama administration take its schools hostage to a transgender agenda that puts its students at risk. This morning, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine joined the chorus of state leaders resisting the tyranny of the Departments of Justice and Education for its order that schools open their showers, bathrooms, and locker rooms to boys and girls — no matter how unsafe or uncomfortable it may make them.
While 11 other states tell President Obama “we’ll see you in court,” leaders from Ohio are letting their district know where the administration’s mandate belongs — in the trash can. Calling the agencies’ threat to pull federal funds over the issue “astonishing,” DeWine pointed out what several senators already have: “Congress has not changed the law — and no ‘guidance’ from federal officials can do what Congress has declined to do.” Regardless of what the radical Left thinks, DeWine went on, local schools should be the ones making decisions on issues like student privacy and gender identity. more

It feels good to see these states finally stand up to the dictator.
Why did it get this far? The Departments of Justice and Education doesn’t have the authority to do this. It was always an empty threat. Had the letter shown up in my office, I would have responded with a big FO…try it.
The civil service laws need to be amended so President Trump can go in and clean the rats out of government without the rats being able to appeal or challenge their dismissal in court.
He should start at the EPA, then work his way through the DOJ, especially the Civil Rights Division, followed by HUD, etc.
Kasich will shut DeWine down cold by Tuesday. Maybe even on Monday while shoving a forkful of hamburger in his face.
If he pulls federal funding from states that don’t follow his orders, then I say that those states respond by withholding all payments that go to the feds, along with claiming all federal BLM land within those states, including all revenue from national parks and monuments within those states.
The Federal Government needs us more than we need it, if they want to play money games, it will bite them in the ass. They need to learn that.
Thank goodness. Just talked to Mom a couple days ago about this that Ohio was not part of the “11”. Now I can call her with better news.
Congress could have stopped the madness.
They refused.
The corruption is systemic.
When the barn is full of rats and termites, screaming “That’s not fair!” is pretty fucking useless. Reading them the Constitution is useless, too. Trying to reason with them will get you a trip to the Funny Farm. Voting them out will avail you very little – there are more of them than there are of you.

I simply do not see how to reverse the growth of Leviathan by working within the system. I have been looking for a long, long time for some way to apply strong persuasion from without, but I haven’t found one I have any confidence in. I fear we are in for a lot of suffering, blood, and death.

The mistake is to believe for one second that Obama and the rest of his perverted leftist ilk care one iota about the “plight” of people who refuse treatment for mental illness and delude themselves that they are TranSomething.
Obama’s mission is to destroy order and civility in America and your 9 year old daughter will be sacrificed for his sick and twisted islamic vision. If the fact that Obama wants to ORDER a mentally ill man to enter a women’s room and take his penis out is not grounds for impeachment I don’t know what is.
