According to the report titled, “Rising Tide of Waste in the Philippines,” “the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) plans to invest as much as $24.7 million as part of the ‘Climate Ready’ project to help the Philippines adapt to rising sea levels and extreme weather caused by climate change.”
The Waste Report, released Monday by the chairman of the Subcommittee Federal Spending Oversight and Emergency Management, “is an ongoing project cataloguing egregious examples of waste within the U.S. government,” according to a press release from Paul’s office. MORE
Want to help bring down our debt? Then stop sending our money overseas to nations that give nothing in return, or flat out hate us for our effort! If the idiots in government would only spend money within the borders of this nation, on it’s legal citizens, we would have a lot fewer money problems.
I didn’t realize that anyone spoke of “million” anymore. “Billion” barely gets attention in a country where we’re at least $19,000,000,000,000 in debt that government even admits to.
Illustration reminds me of my description of the lotteries – millions of people flushing dollars and hoping the sewer backs up in their direction.
