No Bueno! Woman Thrown Out of Mexican Restaurant in NYC for Wearing a Trump Hat

AmericanLookout: This is the America we live in now. Christian bakers can be sued for politely declining to bake a gay wedding cake but liberal restaurant owners can eject customers for supporting a Republican for president.

Double standard much?

The Daily Mail reports:

  1. I am so sick of Mexican illegals I could scream. I deal with these scabs all day, every day at my job. Their sense of overentitlement is stunning. Regularly, surprise is shown that I do not speak Spanish, as if I am somehow obligated to cater to them.

A Mexican woman comes to my court for an order declaring her the custodial party of her teenaged son, who was born here. She has no idea where the father is except that he’s in Mexico. Through an interpreter I patiently explain that she will need to have papers served on the father in order for the hearing to be held. Also–we need the child’s birth certficate, which she doesn’t have.

The problem: The woman had sent the son, a teenager, to visit his aunt in Mexico for the spring school vacation. While there, he had become gravely I’ll and was hospitalized. The hospital refused to release the boy to the aunt because she didn’t have an order of custody for him. Mexico can’t issue an order of custody to the aunt, because New York has jurisdiction, not Mexico.

This kind of mess is par for the course and just another day at the office for me. But what really took my breath away was the woman’s belief that once she got her order of custody, the court would send an escort down to Mexico to bring the boy home.

I had to set Dona Estupido straight on this immediately. “Oh, no, Senora. That would be your respobsibility.” She then explained to me that she couldn’t go to Mexico to collect her son because she was not in the U.S. legally and, once out, she had no assurance of getting back in.

Trump can’t build that fucking wall fast enough.

  2. I wore my Swarovski crystal Trump pin to a Mexican restaurant that we never ate at before on Saturday night. The waiter looked obviously and extremely uneasy but acted professional but aloof. By the end of our meal, he actually smiled at me. I’m sure that was because I was being my best version of sweet little old grandma.

The cooks in the back who saw us coming in had their eyes bug out. The owner was smiling and real nice. All Mexicans. The food was great and we left a better than normal tip.

  3. If Trump hears about this, that restaurant may find that it was necessary for New York state to use its eminent domain powers to acquire their property for a greater economic development purpose, such as a hotel or casino.

    Ya know…?

    😉

  4. I have several Trump shirts and wear them a lot. I even cut the sleeves off one and cut the collar and made it into a decent gym shirt. I always get positive feed back.

  5. I hope she used her phone (or someone in her party did) to record the incident. If not it will be a he said/she said and the case wouldn’t be going anywhere. If I were here I’d consider going again but first have a friend or two already in the joint close to the front and have them record everything. Then sue.
