Time to Say Thank You and Goodbye to Sen. McCain

Breitbart: [Louie Gohmert R-TX] John McCain was a pilot in Viet Nam and there is no question that he and his fellow POWs suffered immeasurably in the Hanoi Hilton.  For that we owe them all a debt of gratitude.

Yet that does not give any one person the right to do harm to our country from a legislative position nor to put others in peril around the world by ill-conceived policy.

Since I have been in Congress, Senator John McCain has pushed an agenda ranging from blanket amnesty for illegal aliens to support for President Barrack Obama’s and then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s disastrous Arab Spring endeavors that have made the United States much less safe as a result.

Sen. McCain has been relentless in demanding amnesty for people illegally in this country long before Barrack Obama became president. He has refused to use his vast seniority and political power to safeguard the American people by securing the border, but has, instead, been the best friend law-breaking immigrants in this country could have.  MORE

  1. mccain has gone well beyond his expiration date.
It’s been so long ago I’ve forgotten the last time he was a credit to the Senate or Nation.
The “perfect” RINO, tell the voters what they want to hear to gain their vote, then support the progressive/socialist agenda.
John, you betrayed the trust of Arizona, your constituents and this Nation. Take the $Millions you gained from the public trough, your quest for relevancy and go.

  2. I can’t decide whether McCain’s stupid or evil … sometimes he seems one, sometimes the other …

I think the beatings fucked him up – physically and psychologically.

    izlamo delenda est …

  3. Call me skeptical of the old bastard’s “war record.” I didn’t used to be, but every time the sorry son-of-a-bitch opens his big fat pie-hole it reinforces the thought I have that this man doesn’t have a bone in his body that has ever given a damn about America.

At this point I think his “war record” was manufactured by his connected family in order to launch his political career.

No thank you from me, just GTFOH!

  4. This would be his 7th!!!! term. There’s probably no single Republican I despise more then McCain. He’s a fucking liar and his priorities make no sense. When he was nominated, I seriously considered not voting but Palin changed that. The campaign he ran was like someone was jamming toothpicks under my fingernails. I don’t care for Hannity but he was almost the lone voice at the time trying to get the word out about Obama-WhyTF McCain didn’t hammer Rev Wright up Obama’s ass is a mystery to me.

Him walking the border with that GD ball cap on and telling us “to build the dang fence” will be forever etched onto my brain. JD was maybe a bit too goofy but would have been solid IMO. Kelli Ward looks to be a winner-God I hope AZ comes to it’s fucking senses. The heat must be baking their heads-7 terms!!!!

  5. McCain sees the writing on the wall and is getting out while the getting’s good. He knows it’s going to be completely different with a Trump presidency and he won’t be able to continue to get away with treason and thievery.

  6. His maverick moniker was earned by siding with the dems. His reach across the aisle tactic was used hoping for a reciprical reach around. I guess he hoped it would ease the screwing We the people were getting because of him. So yeah, so long and thanks for nothing.

  7. I’m certainly glad he didn’t get the Presidency. Sarah Palin did well for herself though getting gigs here and there. She’s been fairly quiet though on the Trump trail. I wonder if they told her to be quiet?

  8. ““He’s not a war hero,” said Trump. “He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.”

And remember, this was the final straw that was going to take Trump down.

  9. McCain crashed 5 jets, plus was responsible for the Forrestal fire. Something made the plane behind McCain fire a rocket, which hit McCain’s external center fuel tank, and caused a fire. McCain panicked, and dropped two bombs into the fire.
Surviving crewmen of the USS Forestal and those who investigated the Forrestal fire case reported that McCain deliberately ‘wet-started’ his A-4E Skyhawk to shake up the guy in the F-4 Phantom behind his plane.
‘Wet-starts’, done either deliberately (the starter motor switch allowed kerosene to pool in the engine and give a wet start) or accidentally, shoot a large flame from the tail of the aircraft.’Wet starting’ was a common practice among young ‘hot-dog’ pilots.
In McCain’s case, the ‘wet-start”cooked off’ and launched the M34 Zuni rocket from the rear F-4 that punctured the Skyhawk’s fueltank, knocked the M-65 1000 lb bomb off it’s 500 lb rated mount, and touched off the explosions and massive fire.

When the carrier Oriskany came along side, and McCain was put in a chopper and whisked away. McCain was the only Forrestal crewman to be immediately transferred .I have a hunch McCain left for his own safety, because the crew wanted blood.

Now thats the straight talk express

  10. I’m very tired of people saying, “I can’t decide whether _____ is stupid or evil.” THEY.ARE.EVIL. Everything they do is detrimental. Someone is always harmed and that’s no accident.

  11. John would be in jail were he not a Prog! He was a triple legacy at the Naval Academy- grand father and father were both 4 star Admirals!- which is the only reason he did not flunk out. Great granddad was not an 4 striper.
