What Hillary Has In Mind Is Far More Devious Than Abolishing The Second Amendment

BearingArms– Hillary Clinton has—for better or worst—decided to run as the first major party candidate in the history of the United States to make hollowing out core constitutional rights a key plank in her presidential platform.

The basic human right to keep and bear arms for one’s defense reflected in the Second Amendment has inexplicably become a core target of Clinton’s 2016 presidential run. It’s a position even more extreme than Clinton’s gun control positions in the 1990s and early 2000s, and far more extreme than her near-Republican turn as a candidate she ran against Barack Obama in the 2008 Democrat primaries.

In the 1990s and early 2000s, Clinton favored a punitive 25% tax on handguns designed to make it cost prohibitive for poor people—you can chose to read that as “minorities” and you wouldn’t be wrong—to obtain pistols and revolvers for personal defense. She also wanted to drive most small gun dealers out of business by imposing a an exorbitant $2,500 licensing fee. Clinton was also a fan of “universal” background checks at this time, and supported a bill to require federal registration of every new gun sold.  MORE

  1. I like Bearing Arms, but sometimes they are just so full of shit. First off, they hate Trump. To say Trump is wrong about Clinton not wanting to abolish the second amendment is stupid. Obviously she does. Weakening the PCLAA does not get Assault weapon off the street. It would only effect new sales of firearms. So it does little towards what she says she wants to accomplish. Also Badger Arms and the former owner of Troy were not sued, they were prosecuted for braking the law. Who ever wrote this should just stick to doing gun reviews. And Trump is correct, that bitch wants your guns.

  2. She is not satanic. Satan is a roaring lion who disguises himself as an angel of light, and his representatives as ministers of righteousness.

Clinton is many things but she is not and does not purport to be truly righteous. Few leftists do.

What she is, is absolutely, unrepentantly but purely human evil. She is a perfect example of the downward progression of Romans chapter 1.

  3. UR,

I said only what the Word says. If you’re looking for Satan’s ministers, politics (as vile and corrupt as it is) is to look in the wrong place.

Consider: where is the LAST place on earth people would tend to think Satan’s ministers do their best (worst) work?

One Reason the Libs want to take your Firearms is…They’re the Crack-addicted, Child Molesting, Thieving Filth you purchased guns to Defend You and Your Household From. – Frank Blunt

  5. grool, I was agreeing with you. Gave you a thumbs up. She’s not Lucifer, obviously. But you can bet that the devil is damn proud of her. 😉

The antichrist will have great political power.

  6. I’m sorry I misread you.

Yes, the stage for the revealing of Antichrist is being set before our eyes, and she is helping to do that (who and when it will be, none can say but it’s just a matter of time).

But religion is where Satan concentrates his efforts.

  7. She isn’t alone. She could come out tomorrow with a new constitution based on the pillars of communism and would still have 47% of the voters supporting her.
She could declare “Death to the Honkies!” and still carry the negro and hispanic vote.
She could declare “Freedom for Fags Under Sharia!” and still carry the homosexual and izlamic vote.

100 years of mal-education has done the damage that it was designed to do. The unionized teachers have made America a third-world shit-hole.

  8. When she gets a judge to allow gun manufacturers and sellers to be held liable for death by bullet, it will be over for the 2nd amendment…Rebellion or hand the guns in..or wait for attrition of ammo etc..

  9. Obama has done a great job weakening the structure of the military.

The next large bastion of law and order is the law, which Obama has done a fantastic job decimating and is still not done.

Next, bastion of law keepers: LEGAL gun owners. Responsible, law abiding and patriotic.

Insidious destruction of America for a minority of elitist, rich, globlists building their very own Elysium gated communities.

  10. Procure a lathe and mill. They need not be large ones, the hobby kind will do, learn how to make a nitre bed.
Then, you will be armed even if they go house to house and confiscate every gun and round of ammunition.

  11. Brad… It’s not that I approve or disapprove anything. I am the original rule follower but when I see this corrupt, liberal government aimed to shred my constitutional right to have a gun, I will not abet their confiscation by leading them to the welcome mat at my front door. I am a Jew who will never forget. You know what I think will make you shake your head at me even more?? I DON’T EVEN OWN A GUN!!! …..yet. Hope you still love me, though.

  12. Gwenn, I still love you. Here’s my thoughts on the gun registration thing. First of all you need to realize I’m in California so EVERYTHING here gets registered. Except 80 percenters. And that’s about to change. So addressing California type laws, what good is owning a gun you can’t take out and practice with? There are so many guns being sold I don’t think the FBI, or CalDoj in my case, can keep up. Another thing about registration most people don’t realize is that the serial number that goes on the 4473 does not always get plugged into the computer when your info gets sent off for approval. Those 4473’s stay in a filing cabinet at the FFL where you made your purchase until that FFL goes out of biz or closes down.
But the chant in Cali right now is “We Will Not Comply”. If you can keep a gun or two around that’s off the radar good deal. But being proficient with a gun takes practice. No go get yourself a gun.

  13. Brad…I was thinking maybe a small shotgun. I’ll definitely consult you before I make a purchase. I’m not really comfortable with handguns. I was born and raised in California and know what you’re talking about. I got out of there and never looked back. It was sad because years ago it was a paradise. I got carjacked, had a pistol to my head, dragged out of my beautiful classic car and the 2 Mexicans beat the shit out of me. All in a good neighborhood , in front of my own house and no one saw a thing. Go figure.

  14. Gwen,
We are trying to accelerate our exit. A tactical shot gun is a must for the house. You should get a pistol though. You just need to get a little training.
That’s a frightening story. I hope you weren’t hurt. What part of the country are you in now? We’re thinking about Northern AZ or Idaho.

  15. Tsunami,
I’d ask her hand size before you recommend a double stack gun. I’ve got some nieces that I would not consider small that are much more comfortable shooting a 1911 than my Sig.

  16. Bad_Brad, nothing to argue about with what you said except I have personally seen the BATFE go over 4473s at one store while it was open for biz. No idea if they were looking for something in particular or making a list, but there they were.

Rather scary day. It was about a month after Newtown and several of them were trying to start conversations with patrons. Dumbasses used the exact same words to start each conversation.

One guy at the table rifling through the 4473s gave me the pissed look every time I looked over. Particularly when I said I couldn’t help this one “conversation starter” asking about re-loading .223/5.56. I told him I had little use for ARs – ‘I’m into long distance shooting with bigger calibers’ and turned away. Only to see pissed off guy turn red and his scowl at me deepen.

The guy behind the counter communicated to me through little slips of paper when I asked questions in a whisper. Never looking at me directly.

I really thought shit was about to hit the fan pretty soon, after that experience. Luckily, shortly after, they lost their steam.

We just recently were required to record the serial numbers for long guns on the electronic copy that’s sent off to CalDoj, so I’m thinking the rest of the country probably is not required to electronically send the FBI those serial numbers. So the only place it would be recorded is on the 4473. If they found a gun that was used in a crime they could find out from the manufacturer which FFL sold it and track down the owner that way, but trying to identify random people with some what random guns would take a lot more effort. Not saying it couldn’t be done.

  18. Brad, I’m in Nashville now but slowly but surely every aspect of the rural south is being changed by Californians, Detroiters and all other lib transplants are moving here. They’re selling their homes in Cali for ridiculous amounts and have devastated the listings for sale by driving up the prices. I moved here in 2008 but after trying out Arizona first. Same story there.

I know nothing about guns. Tried out an unloaded one of my son’s but couldn’t even pull the slide back. Have two sisters that carry in their purse all I know about those is one is pink and one is purple. I would say I have an average sized hand for a woman but not a lot of strength in it.

  19. “Anyone who registered a weapon within the last eight years is a fool.” – Gwenn

    “Gwenn,
    So I take it you don’t approve of CCW’s? ” – Bad_Brad

Brad, Methinks you say that through the filter of being in Cali too long.

Maybe you have to list the firearms you intend to carry there, but in a lot of states you don’t.

Here in Texas the license changed from CHL to LTC, so the designation of concealed is not even a part the license any more, but that’s not my point.

Point is, there is no registration of weapons you intend to carry. Buy a new one and start carrying that day. Heck, carry them all at the same time if you want! lol No limit.

May your move be a good one. Texas could use you, but those other places sound pretty good.

  20. Dadof4:
I have a freind of mine that owns a little gun repair biz. Advanced Tactical (and the city he lives in starts with the letter F) So he has a couple blue jackets made up with A.T.F. in big yellow letters on the back. I’ve seen the guy walk into several gun stores and everybody splits. Funnier than hell. We one day he walks into a gun store and the REAL A.T.F. were there. He had some serious explaining to do but apparently the guy in charge had a pretty good sense of humor.
