Hillary website deleted position that women alleging sexual assault have “right to be believed”

LegalInsurrection: Buzzfeed has a lengthy article and interview with Juanita Broaddrick, who has accused Bill Clinton of rape, Juanita Broaddrick Wants To Be Believed. It’s well worth the read.

There is one part of the Buzzfeed article which is news in itself.

Hillary (in)famously stated on Twitter, and a campaign video quoted on her website, that women who allege sexual assault “have the right to be believed.”

Broaddrick tweeted on January 6, 2016 about the rape, and the tweet went viral (it currently has over 46,000 retweets):

  1. I hope at least some of those retweets have made their way onto college campus accounts, where “rape culture” is so prevalent. See what progressives have done? They set up their traveling show wherever it suits them. What wasn’t so for them yesterday, is today, and maybe won’t be so again tomorrow. They make their own weather and weather vane.

  2. It is not logically possible to extend a “right to be believed” while still maintaining the long held US legal standard of presumption of innocence. Those two things can’t exist on the same plane of reality.

  3. WARNING !!!
There is a viral spam email going around with an attachment that claims to have a naked picture of Hillary Clinton inside.
    DO NOT OPEN IT UP!
It really is a naked picture of Hillary Clinton.

  4. What other laws and doctrines and amendments will disappear under a Clinton rule?
    – 2nd Amendment
    – 1st Amendment
    – Classified material handling rules
    – Certain charitable foundation reporting rules
    – Supreme Court decisions actually based on the Constitution
    – Etc.
