USAtoday: INDIANAPOLIS — Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle is arguing in court documents filed Thursday that the parents of a girl who a lawsuit says was victimized by Fogle are responsible for her emotional distress.
He is asking a judge to allow him to add the parents as defendants in a lawsuit the parents filed against him in March.
The request, filed Thursday, is a response to the suit’s allegations that Fogle and his co-defendant, Russell Taylor, caused the girl emotional distress when she was videotaped in Taylor’s home.
Typical pedophile, incapable of accepting responsibility and one of the major reasons they can’t be cured. It’s ALWAYS someone else’s fault.
