Washington Community Action Network, a grassroots non-profit organization, is offering activists fifteen dollars an hour to fight against Donald Trump’s “agenda.”
In an ad posted to Craigslist Wednesday, the day after Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the general election, Washington CAN! asked people to apply in order to “fight the Trump agenda.”
The ad was briefly removed by Craigslist for review, before being re-published.
“Our Paid-Training Program is the best around,” it reads. “We will teach you the skills you need to succeed. The combined experience of our management team is over 50 years.
“At Washington CAN! you will work at our Home Office here in Seattle. You will regularly meet with our Organizers, Lobbyists, and Executive Director, and have a real sense of being directly involved in our work.”
Along with wages that start at $15, Washington CAN! offers “benefits in Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Holidays, and Leave of Absence.”
The ad concludes, “Students, women, and minorities are urged to apply.”

No. Will Trump ban abortions? Maybe, but this would take a while. Will Trump try to curtail illegal immigration? Sure, but if you are in the country legally, why do you even care? Will Trump insist on thorough vetting before Muslims immigrate to this country? Yes, and this makes you safer. Will Trump protect 2nd Amendment rights? Yep, but he’s not proposing to repeal laws making it easier for felons to get guns which they already get anyway. Will Trump push for decreased regulation and lower taxes? Absolutely, and this will result in more opportunity for you and more money in your pocket.
You morons are taking to the streets to protest an agenda which either affects you not at all, or benefits you in the long run. Excessive regulations don’t protect you as much as they protect big business by making it impossible for start ups and small business to exist. High corporate taxes are a joke; these taxes are passed on to the consumer or the products go away. (See “Venezuela”). The powers that be, which include professional politicians like the Clintons, Wall Street, big business and the rich laugh at you because you are useful idiots – you promote policies that are actually beneficial to these folks and protect their interests to your detriment.
What you people really agitate for results in the creation of a small but powerful and wealthy class of people who are empowered to make rules that keeps them powerful and wealthy – in other words, you will get exactly the opposite of what you think you are getting. Did you really think that Hillary Clinton, who has been bought and paid for by Wall Street, big business, big banking and various foreign nations, is going to double cross her allies and try to benefit you? Do you still believe Bernie Sanders is a true socialist after he sold out after bowing out of the primary race? Do you still think Elizabeth Warren has your best interests in mind after she used a fake native Amerian heritage to achieve special perks and preferential treatment? Take note that the fake Indian scam only works occasionally, and not at all for you people.

Here’s what I want. When President Trump takes steps to outright ban “sanctuary cities” and Mayer Ed Murray of Seattle refuses to comply (as he recently said he would), I want President Trump to have him arrested and tried under as many Federal statues as possible.

It is an extremely professional institution manned by those who wish to be there and have the brains, desire and wherewithal to do what needs to be done, all of which are missing in your prospective inductees. It long ago quit being the societal dumping ground for ne’er-do-wells it was up through the 60s. Put them into the “Civilian Infrastructure Corps” and have them collecting roadside trash, digging drainage ditches, cleaning up at the old folks home, &c.

@Gojira- I would say some of that is still true, but the last decade has seen a lot of people (many openly hostile toward this country) in it for the financial benefits, and actually made it in because the standards have relaxed enough (gee, wonder who was behind that). We need to pass a law making it a felony to COVERTLY hire or work as a professional political agitator without complying with the following conditions. 1. The law should mandate that all professional political agitators are required to wear signs clearly identifying them as paid professionals and disclosing their source of funding. 2. All professional agitators should have to receive at least 8 hours of professional training and adhere to a professional CODE of ETHICS that strictly prohibits any acts of DOMESTIC TERRORISM. Any violation of these laws on the part of the “protestors” or their employers should be classified as a felony, and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This will put George Soros out of business.
