I spoke with a contact I have at CalDoj a couple weeks back inquiring how we, as a manufacturer get ammo. All the crap in the law addresses Brick and Mortar gun stores. She told me every manager at CalDoj told them “Don’t do it. It can’t me managed, it can’t be policed, and it won’t be enforced”. Then she tells me that the politicians are asking them to tie in the registered gun data base to ammo purchases. In other words if you have an old unregistered bolt gun in say .220 Swift but don’t have a gun in the caliber registered in your name, no blamunition until you register the weapon. This request came well after the bill was signed into law. So I guess these jack asses figure they can do what ever they want when they want.

MJA, we lost the assembly and the senate this year, and Hardy and Heck are also out. Makes me absolutely sick. What’s left of the “real” Nevada doesn’t have enough population collectively to carry federal elections. I can’t imagine what’s going to happen in two years with the constitutional offices up for re-election.
