Embattled San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was benched during the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears.
Kaepernick, who has made headlines with his controversial national anthem protest, ended the day with just four passing yards, as the 49ers lost their 11th straight game.
It was the first time in NFL history that a quarterback threw for less than five yards and was sacked five times in a game.
Great! Now he can just sit through the national anthem and spare us all the drama.

We were big fans when he played for the University of Nevada. My husband drafted him for his fantasy football team this year so you can imagine how happy he’s been with him.
