USA – -(Ammoland.com)- “[T]he FBI has refused to conduct background checks on transfers as required by Question 1, and Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt has confirmed that until the FBI changes their position, his office will not be enforcing the law that was set to be enacted just days from now,” Don Turner of the Nevada Firearms Coalition reported in a late Wednesday email alert.
“[T]he recent passage of the Nevada legislation regarding background checks for private sales cannot dictate how federal resources are applied,” Kimberly Del Greco of the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division informed the Nevada Department of Public Safety in a Dec. 14 letter, meaning the FBI would not allow intermediaries to run background checks as required by the Act. Based on a resulting department clarification request to Laxalt on how to proceed, the attorney general concluded “citizens may not be prosecuted for their inability to comply with the Act unless and until the FBI changes its public position and agrees to conduct the background checks consistent with the Act.” (See correspondence here, posted by the Reno Gazette Journal.)
Wait for the editorials condeming him for non-enforcement of an existing law. Funny how that is not applied to Title 8 or PL 82-414.

Some Cali Nazi Democrat is currently drafting a Bill to make owning ANY semi automatic rifle illegal. The only way we are going to get our Constitutional rights back in this state is for the Federal Government to step in. But being in the game and watching this shit go down I can tell you it’s important not to give up any real estate. The NRA made a big mistake turning their back on California.

I live in a rural county in Northern California and most every one owns guns and if they are out of the city limits and have a couple acres, they shoot on their property. Daily on the county community watch Face Book page there are posts on there about “OMG, gun shots. We called the Sheriff Dept and they hung up on us. What do we do?”
Fresh transplants from the Bay Area. Some even claim to be conservatives.

One of the best things Trump could do is reassert the second amendment as a FEDERALLY PROTECTED RIGHT and make state laws infringing on that right ILLEGAL.
Then make nationwide concealed carry a reality.
