A parent of a wrestler in Texas filed a lawsuit against a transgender teen to prevent him from wrestling against girls in competitions.
Attorney Jim Baudhuin, a parent of a wrestler on an opposing team, argued 17-year-old Mack Beggs should not be allowed to compete with girls, reports Fox 4 News.
Beggs, a transgender student at Euless Trinity High School, is in the process of transitioning from female to male. Beggs takes testosterone as part of his transition.
The lawsuit argues that Beggs’s presence brings “imminent threat of bodily harm” to the girls competing against him.
How about cutting to the chase “the ‘athlete’ in question is taking steroids and therefore is disqualified from competing”. Then go on about how these female wrestlers are competing on a level that scholarships can be awarded and it is unfair that one of these athletes is taking performance enhancing drugs which confer a tangle ability to dominate the sport.
I would go on to say that this tangle change is literally transforming a young woman into something masculine and her parents and the doctors working on her should be jailed for child abuse. But I’m not a lawyer tasked with winning a case.
What is this degenerate smiling about? He’s a boy who beat a bunch of girls, often by default because they didn’t what his grubby pervert paws all over them. M to F transgenders should be banned from women’s sports. It’s grossly unfair to the actual women participating.

I’m guessing when they said no steroids except for medical reasons they meant inflammatory conditions etc. and not to change one’s sexual identity from female to male. At the end of the day how many athletes on this persons team and competing teams have to be put out and placed in an uncomfortable, dangerous or untenable position to accommodate this one person because of a choice they made?!
Every girl ought to just refuse to wrestle with her, er him whatever. Pretty soon his coach will cut her/him from the team because all the record books will soon be filled with the teams name and asterisks beside the records for that year. When he’s surgically transitioned then let him wrestle boys although I’m not sure that would work either. This kid is way too young to make this sort of decision. Her parents ought to be in jail.
This unfortunate girl can’t have her cake and eat it too. If she wants to pretend that she is a boy, she has no business wrestling on a girl’s team.
Unless the addadicktomy surgery for ‘ole Mack is going to add a “Y” chromosome along with the tubesteak, I suggest she cut the crap and wrestle the way the good Lord created her.
Or let her wrestle only in the transgendered division and walk away a winner due to a lack of competitors until some other wrestler beats her.
So, the super special snowflakes want super special competitions limited to people they think they can beat, because of cash and prizes. And when the rules that they insisted on, to limit who they had to compete against, reduce their chance at those cash and prizes, they offer a cut to lawyers to offer a cut to judges to try and skip those rules, but just this one super special time. I don’t know whether I should grab the microscope to find that violin, or the forklift for that flamethrower.

I am not a lawyer but I play one on the internet and it is my legal opinion that the parents should sue the school district for cynically depriving their daughters of an opportunity because they preferred catering to one mental retard over them!

Any parent of a girl who lets her join a wrestling team has no basis to sue the school over it. They can instantly get remediation by pulling their daughters out of wrestling. This is a choice, not a requirement. I hear vollyball is fun. Stop chasing the Title 9 easy scholarships.
