During a chat show appearance this morning, Maxine Waters admitted to committing fraud so she could obtain a Social Security card.

Waters appeared on “The Real” on Tuesday and told the ladies she lied about her age in order to get the card and a job in a St. Louis restaurant.

She told the group she was a busser at an “all-white” restaurant.

  6. I call BS – There is no minimum age requirement to obtain a SSN – people apply for their children when they are infants

    When I was a teen I needed a “work permit” issued by the school before I could bus at 15 but that was a state law requirement

    I entered the full time workforce at 15( a long time ago), since I was not emancipated, I had to get a “work permit”. An S.S.# is issued based on era and geographical location at birth and in my day, one went to the local post orifice for the card request form, I filled it out and mailed it right there.

  9. No doubt she just wanted some free shit … and figured that Socialist Security was the scam to provide it.
    Her bio doesn’t mention waiting tables in St. Louis, though she may have done that during High School – and it is unusual for a professional parasite to do any actual work.
    She didn’t gravitate towards hogging at the public trough because she had a desire to do anything useful – no, this reads like another of those bullshit politician stories.

  12. Venturaguy, I do not know the year it changed, but ssn were not always required for infants. When I was a teen in the 70’s was when I applied for mine. My guess is that the reason, or one of the reasons it was changed for infants was to verify dependent claims on tax forms.

Isn’t anyone curious about how barely literate Black Caucus public servants are so wealthy and hold on to office despite repeatedly found to be embezzling or otherwise stealing the funds they’re supposed to be administering for their “poor” constituents?

Maxine Waters was censored by the House, is guilty of criminal conduct, and is typically throwing stones at the opposition in hopes of diverting attention from her own crimes.
