Trump administration expands the universe of aliens to be deported

Spero: Immigration officials arrested approximately 367 illegal aliens in raids across the country. Accomplishing last week nearly one raid per day, officers started out on April 3 with a raid that yielded 153 illegal aliens in the southern part of Texas as part of a 12-day operation by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Then on April 4, ICE arrested 75 individuals during three days in north Texas. In the District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, and Virginia, 113 individuals were picked up during two distinct three-day operations. On April 6, 26 individuals were arrested in Colorado and Wyoming over a four-day period.
According to ICE, these raids focused on “criminal aliens, illegal re-entrants and immigration fugitives.”  more here

  1. The linked article says that complaints about deportation from L.A. center on their concerns that this has a chilling effect on the reporting of alien-on-alien crime, particularly rape. Setting aside the obvious emotional manipulation being employed over a crime against women, specifically, it is odd that the attempt at justification for illegal aliens in our country uses this argument. What would be the difference, say, if those same illegals were committing crime just a few miles across the southern border? Right. The difference is instead of this not being news at all, is that the good citizens of L.A. get to pay for the police force, the courts, and the incarceration of foreign nationals. And that’s just the baseline before you take into consideration that rape is not the only crime these people are committing against others, including U.S. citizens.

If someone would turn this comment into a rap song and add a bouncing ball maybe, just maybe, an idiot progressive might be able to follow along.

  3. I disagree with Zonga above. If the underground black market for cheap labor ends with illegal alien deportation, a real wage will be in place and Americans will happily do those “dirty” jobs. They won’t for third world wages that occur when illegals are willing because they are in the shadows.
