KFI: According to a new report from Education Trust-West, an Oakland-based advocacy organization, about 1 in 8 California students have at least one undocumented parent.
Education Trust-West estimates that’s 750,000 students out of a total enrollment of 6.2 million. Some of the students might be undocumented themselves, but the large majority of students with illegal parents are U.S. citizens.
According to the report, there are 240,000 kids between the ages of 3 and 17 who are undocumented.
8 percent of all US newborns are anchor babies. This just means that California has 50% more per capita illegal aliens than the US average.
What I conclude is that only 10% of illegal aliens in CA have children. And less then 1/2 of those children are enrolled in school.
Statewide? I bet the ratio is more like 6:8 the further south you go.
I’m just now starting to read Adios America by Ann Coulter.
My biggest mistake is reading a chapter or two before I go to bed. I get so damned furious.
Citizenship is determined by the heredity of the father, not where the child is born.
Anchor babies are a figment of the imagination. Parents have to be subject to the jurisdiction of where the child is born. I am not a lawer, but I am literate.
Deport the parents and school overcrowding is reduced. Win-win!
Don’t you mean ILLEGAL?
Can’t wait to hear the report from the Federal Government that the attendance of California students has dropped 1:8, too.
Wouldn’t have been any anchor babies and we’d still have the best health care system in the world if not for THIS; beginning of the end:
