Sen. Tim Kaine’s son among 8 charged with disrupting pro-Trump rally

FOX: Sen. Tim Kaine’s youngest son was one of eight people charged in Minnesota Friday in relation to their alleged disruption of a rally supporting President Trump.

Linwood Kaine, 24, was charged with one gross misdemeanor count of obstructing the legal process and misdemeanor counts of fleeing on foot and concealing his identity in public.

A criminal complaint says Kaine and others changed into black clothing during the March 4 rally and entered the state Capitol. One group member threw a smoke bomb inside. The complaint says the 24-year-old Kaine was among those who ran away, and he initially resisted arrest.

  1. Not a mark on him in his mug shot.

Arresting officers missed an opportunity to offer him some informal enlightenment.

Time to enforce Federal laws on political rally violence. Bring Federal felony charges and let Timmy go begging the WH for mercy.

  2. Moral turpitude.

It can keep you from some pretty sweet jobs. Not that that is a concern of his.

Same reason Professor Clanton should not only lose his job, but never be employed by any state system again.

  3. Besides resisting arrest he has also resisted common sense.
However, his defense can argue truthfully that his gene pool didn’t supply him with quality raw material.
