“PILL COSBY” – D.C. BAR’S ATTEMPT TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT DATE RAPE BACKFIRES HORRIBLY

MILO: A Washington D.C. bar named Diet Starts Monday has apologized for a drink called “Pill Cosby” that featured empty floating pills as garnish.

According to Business Insider, the drink was – surprise – a reference to the allegation that Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted a woman in 2004.

Diet Starts Monday co-founder Davin Gentry defended the drink in an interview with The Washingtonian, stating the intention behind it was to bring awareness to date rape.  MORE

SNIP:   I think it was tacky as hell but I also thought it was funny, in a dark way.
Naturally, the SJW complainers are over the top unhinged over it.
If the bar really wanted to raise awareness about rape, they should have served the drink on a prayer rug with an ISIS flag speared through an olive and… Well, y’all know what I’m talking about. Ironically, the SJW’s would have complained about that, too.

But anyway, thanks for trying to make us aware of stuff we’re already aware about.  *Eye roll*

  1. I really like the name of the bar!

This is filed under WWTT (what were they thinking?) Also add to that the Denver Post sports writer who tweeted he was uncomfortable because a Japanese driver won the Indianapolis 500–he was fired.

  2. I feel sorry for his wife. They never mentally recovered after their son was killed. That happened a few miles from where I grew up. But, hey, we all make choices in life and it appears he has made many very bad ones. So deal with it bill. Room temperature is waiting for you.
