Louisiana cop sues Black Lives Matter after being wounded in deadly ambush

FOX: An unnamed Louisiana officer has sued Black Lives Matter and several of the movement’s leaders Friday after last summer’s ambush of law enforcement officers in Baton Rouge.

DeRay Mckesson, a member of the activist movement who has been involved in the Ferguson, Mo. and Baltimore, Md. protests, and four other Black Lives Matter leaders have been named as defendants in the suit. It was filed on behalf of one of the officers wounded in the July 17 attack by Gavin Long, a black military veteran, who killed three other officers in Baton Rouge before he was shot dead.

The suit does not name the officer, but its description of the plaintiff matches that of East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Nicholas Tullier, who has injured during the ambush.  more here

  1. OLD TACTIC.

Every member of the KKK who harmed anyone, the entire organization would be sued, and property confiscated. Not a single person on the jury would side with the KKK no matter how innocent they were. Then you can seize assets and close the place down, disperse members.

Only unorganized sleeper cells with no central authority or assets can get away with harming people.

  2. Black Lives Matter have very deep pockets. The funders are the usual foundations of living and dead billionaires fucking up our planet.

DeRay Mckesson has also parlayed his little racist revolution into a high paying position in the Baltimore School System by threatening the established pecking order in Baltimore. A sucka ripe for the picking.

  3. The case will be drawn out for at least 4 years.
The first socialist Democrat judge will dismiss the case or find them not-guilty.
The court of appeals will deny an appeal and uphold the original action.

  4. I couldn’t find an update at their website, but Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch/Freedom Watch is suing a whole host of BLM advocates on behalf of the father of one of the slain Dallas officers. The suit was initiated late last year. The damages asked are $550M. These cases will take a long time to wind through the courts, but to do nothing is wrong. There are individuals responsible for inciting, aiding and abetting the murder of innocent officers. They should be held accountable.

  5. Tie the scum up in the courts. The authorities will probably find old warrants, unpaid tickets etc enough reason to lock these pukes up and deny bond. Bleed them financially.
