One of the FBI’s top investigators tapped by special counsel Robert Muller to investigate Russian interference in the elections has left the team, according to a report.
Sources told ABC News that Peter Strzok — who had just been tapped about a month ago — is now working for the FBI’s human resources division.
It is not yet known why Strzok left the team. He had supervised the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails last year.
According to ABC News, Strzok has spent much of his law enforcement career working counterintelligence cases and has been “unanimously praised” by government officials who spoke with ABC News.
He was chief of the FBI’s counterespionage section last year when he oversaw the investigation into Clinton’s private server, which she had set up in her basement to circumvent normal State Department email practices. He also took part in the FBI interview of her, according to ABC.
Typical careerist move. Possibly he did not think it wise to participate in whatever nefarious manufacturing of fictional evidence Mueller is constructing for the Christmas Impeachment.
Time for Mueller to be shut down.
It’s almost funny how every level of society is increasingly and deliberately pushing us toward anger and violence just so we can prove that their thesis – that we’re violent – has been true all along. To SEE it actually happening, and to SEE it for what it is, yet be POWERLESS to stop it, makes me want to laugh and scream at the same time.
“Widely praised” that puts the flags up. It’s DC speak for he’s a team player.

How about the other 80,000 other government employees who “didn’t” talk to ABC news. What do they say?
Is this the payoff for the stellar job he did on the initial Hillary Investigation? Has the deep state taken care of him and placed him in Human Resources to hire more favorable “Personnel” to the deep state?
Taking a so called Counter Intelligence “Professional” and placing him in an administrative , paper pushing position sounds eerily nefarious…… is this a payoff for past actions or is he being penalized?
May ABC news can ask their inside informants to find out.
well if he lives to collect his pension then he is a team player.
if he winds up dead from suicide with 2 shots to the back of the head then he found something during the investigation’s which he reported and which was not acted on or buried and he wanted to talk about it.
From Counter-Intelligence to Human Resources? Sounds like somebody has been taken completely out of the loop and been put where the Diversity Officers can punish him. I expect he’ll be terminated shortly for some grievous racial or sexual offense.
Now he can be an abject failure at two government jobs!
The FBI lied to the Justice Department which puts a black cloud over the entire Muller witch hunt of Trump and Russia. Hiding these documents may be the demise of Muller.
Peter Kadzik, the attorney who thinks he escaped was already subject to problems as he was the primary investigator in Clinton and Abedin emails on Wiener’s computer. He is also a long time friend of Podesta. Both Muller and Kadzik along with all the attorneys Muller appointed were advised of their conflict of interest in the Trump investigation due to their involvement with the Clintons.
