California Bill: Offenders get 1 Year in Jail for Using Wrong Transgender Pronoun

Welcome to the party of science, y’all.

Breitbart: A new bill being considered by the California State Senate would punish people who “willfully and repeatedly” refuse “to use a transgender resident’s preferred name or pronouns” in a public health, retirement or housing institution.

The bill, SB 219, was proposed by State Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco). It includes several other provisions that require a health facility, for example, to honor the gender identity of a patient, meaning that the patient must be admitted to a room that comports with his or her chosen gender; allowed to use whatever bathroom he or she wants to use; and wear whatever clothing or cosmetics he or she decides to wear. It has gone through several amendments.

CBN News notes: “Fines for repeat offenders could be as high as $1,000 and a jail term of up to a year.”

CBN also reports the testimony of the California Family Council’s Greg Burt:  MORE

SNIP: Let me throw this at you.
Today a nurse is helping a man to the bathroom. He says he’s a woman… So off they go to the ladies’ bathroom.
Tomorrow, she takes him to the men’s room because, well, he’s a man and being a busy nurse, she forgets he likes to pee sitting down.
Patient claims the nurse did it purposely. LAWSUIT!
How easy will it be to file frivolous lawsuits under this bill? How is a person protected from a frivolous lawsuit under this bill?
A little further down the road [Because you know this stuff snowballs]…
A woman who believes she’s a man goes to a doctor and demands that ‘his’ prostate be checked.
What options does the doctor have at this point? He can’t say she doesn’t need the test because she’s a woman.
And if he does it, and finds nothing (obviously) then he just fisted a woman, searching for something that doesn’t exist.
What does he write in his report?
Female checked for prostate issues. Is missing prostate.
Ah but he CANT! She says she’s  a man, you see!  Who are you gonna believe? Your own professional observations?
Pfft! You didn’t spend a kajillion dollars in med school so you can actually do your damn job in your chosen field,  did you? HAHA!

Alright then, how about this one ?
Same doctor, but this time a ‘woman’ comes in who shows signs and symptoms of prostate problems.
Does the doctor get fined for insisting on a prostate exam and further examination?  Because ‘women’ don’t have prosties, you see.
If the doctor says nothing and the ‘woman’ later develops prostate cancer. Is the doctor liable?
Doctors and nurses treat body ailments using the correct tools for the female and male anatomies.
Is science to be shamed now?

  1. They Can Do Anything They Want, Walk int’o a Womens Dressing Room With Their Glued on Penis and Sue A Women Over a Reaction to a Small Penis With Dried Blood ! (Gross) But Check a Box Wrong in the Privacy of your Home, and Get Arrested !!!

  2. Make everybody wear diapers and let them lie in their beautiful future. Look. We’ve seen about enough.
identify everybody by patient number only. No names. No pronouns. No personal interaction at all. It’s too dangerous to do otherwise.

  3. Just so you know I live about 2.5 hours from that cesspool and about 6 weeks ago our Sheriffs department busted some perve from trying to get into a department store girls bathroom. That store was Target.

  4. The bright ideas just keep coming from the golden state. They should try a moratorium on new laws for at least one year. Let everyone have a break form the onslaught.

  5. Then conduct the exam in Spanish where every noun is masculine or feminine. The lunatic sues, countersue for discrimination and claim protected status as an undocumented worker with disabilities. I would throw in the Faucahontes 1/32 native play as well. Fart in the patient’s face and claim irritable bowel for good measure.

  6. Hilariously sick. So, if the
    wrong-word perp uses the
    “wrong-word in a “public
    (funded)institution” the
punishment is a year in another public funded institution. How
    very droll.

  7. Why is one person’s subjective view of reality (a man demanding to be called a woman) more important than my subjective view of reality (you’re a dude). Who determines that hierarchy? What if I get dragged into court and claim that I am a person who sees all other people as male? Why does my claim not matter? Why is my claim less “truth-full” than the man demanding to be called a woman?
