There is one simple reason why both Democrats and Republicans in Congress do not want the Wall built.

Having watched the last 20 years, the government can poke a hole in that wall big enough to let anyone invade us who chooses to do so.
That hole revealed the utter lawlessness of our judiciary, alphabet soup agencies who abdicated their mandates (or turned them on their heads), and that outright farce of Republicans’ position on open borders.
Like our institutions, a wall can be torn down on purpose or by neglect.

The same necrotic institution that promised to repeal obamacare the first day in office, is the same institution that promised to build a wall 35 YEARS ago (long before Trump).
