DC: Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a speech Thursday that frivolous asylum claims are clogging up the immigration court system and deemed it a “crisis” that needs fixing.
“Here are the shocking statistics: in 2009, [Department of Homeland Security] conducted more than 5,000 credible fear reviews. By 2016, that number had increased to 94,000,” Sessions said at a speech at the Executive Office for Immigration Review. “The increase has been especially pronounced and abused at the border. From 2009 to 2016, the credible fear claims at the border went from approximately 3,000 cases to more than 69,000. All told the Executive Office for Immigration Review has over 600,000 cases pending—tripled from 2009.”
Immigration and Customs Enforcement acting director Thomas Homan has told The Daily Caller that ICE could deport more illegal immigrants if the backlog in immigration courts is addressed. A list of immigration priorities sent to Congressional leaders Sunday by the White House included hiring more immigration judges and reforming the asylum system. read more
No excuses.
No mitigating factors.
If you are here illegally, you are deported.
PERIOD.
Try again through proper channels.

Oh, and every – EVERY – immigrant case should be decided on how this immigrant is a net positive for the United States – No Exceptions.
THAT is the only relevant consideration.
And that “net positive” must be demonstrable.

I Believe the AG Look at the brothers in Boston
The courts have already found that fear doesn’t even have to be “credible” for American apparatchiks to kill American citizens. Including unarmed American citizens who are prisoners of said apparatchiks. Obey the law, and thin the herd. Or does the “free killings” card only apply to American citizens?
A fast way to thin out the backlog, Everyone who entered the country illegally should be removes from this country. Given an application for citizenship and told to wait outside our borders for the response.
Obama was so damned proud of his Paper and Pen it’s time Trump used his in the immigration deportation arena. Have roving Courts containing 2 immigration Judges, three defense attorneys and 6 prosecuters along with whatever support is needed (translators, stenos, guards, prison trucks, prison transport etc). Set up shop in some place that ICE is raiding. Each person picked up that can’t prove citizenship is allowed 10 minutes with a defense attorney to prepare their case. They have 5 minutes in front of the judge to convince him to continue the case in a more traditional format. Failing that they’re out. The court collects up the deportees and gets information on assets in America that have to be liquidated. and they’re on their way home before midnight. A group created to review and sell the assets of the deportees at best possible prices, subtracting the deportation cost and sending the balance to the the deportee at whatever address they’ve given (or the US Embassy where it can be collected with proper identification). Establish 10 or 15 of these and word alone will have illegals streaming back across the borders in the thousands. Deal with the children born in America from illegals by sending them back with their parents and allowing them to come back to the States on their 19th birthday.
Oh litle jeffy. Could you be anymore spineless and worthless?
Police-ice, baby.
