KFI: The murder trial of the illegal alien who shot and killed Kate Steinle on a pier in San Francisco began today. In the prosecutor’s opening statements, Assistant District Attorney Diana Garcia said the killer aimed toward Steinle and knew what he was doing.
Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, 54, said he shot Steinle in the back while she was walking with her father down a San Francisco pier in July 2015, but he argued that the shooting was accidental.
He said he was handling a gun that he found wrapped in a t-shirt under a bench on the pier when it accidentally went off.
Zarate’s lawyer told reporters before the trial that his client didn’t know that he had picked up a gun and that it went off as he unwrapped the shirt. more here
Just think… if that shit bag wasn’t allowed by King Silky Pimp and others to squat in this country there would be no need for a trial. But hey… at least King Silky Pimp and all his buddies feel good about themselves and that’s all that matters.

Most modern semi auto pistols, used by law enforcement are double action only with built in safeties in the grip and cannot fire if dropped.
You know what the local banner was? Close as I can recall; “Mexican man who caused immigration debate after a woman was killed in S.F.” NOT ILLEGAL MEXICAN DEPORTED 7 TIMES! And no mention of Kate Stienle’s name!!! I was pissed. Even the local news, which by the way is more mexican everyday, is in the crapper.

I pray that justice will be done for Kate Steinle. The illegal bastard who killed her only justice should be immediate execution. If this was the old days of 50-60 + years ago this bastard would’ve been tried already and sent to the gas chambers like they used to do in California. Just like Carol Chessman and so many others. Charles Manson and Sirhan Sirhan should’ve been executed a long time ago as well.
So the right to a speedy trial does not count for the family of the victim. I’d like to see that changed. I suppose the state needed enough time to get their story straight regarding how the murder got a state issued firearm to begin with and why a 7 times deported criminal was there in the first place.
This is the kind of crap that leads to anarchy.
That’d be a rough trial to sit as a jurist, whole lotta money and lawyers gonna be there. It’ll end up a mis-trial, watch.
