We don’t put tinsel on the trees anymore, haven’t for years, it comes off while we are asleep.
MJA- have you seen the Temptations cat treats commercial called-Keep Them Busy. I am computer illiterate and can’t post it. I think you will like.
Yes! I’ve seen it. That cracked me up.
@Am I right?, I had that happen the first year I had my Asher kitty. Found the tinsel in the litter box – joining little lumps of you-know-what!
We used to have a tall artificial Christmas tree. Our cat used to hide in the branches at head height and just lay there, looking around.
Just wait till you gotta follow a cat around to pull tinsel outa it’s ass.
The cats have their own artificial tree to climb and sleep under. Now they seldom bother ours.
No, no tinsel anymore on the tree. When the cats get mad at us, they drag our socks in the litter pan. Ewwww.
Temptations = kitty crack. No more trees for the crazy cat woman and man. It was ok when we had senior cats but now that there are some youngsters we can’t do it.
I knew garland was a no no when one short price disappeared from the tree and later turned up, somewhat greasier, in the cat pan.

Best to not have tinsel if you have pets – the garland kind is OK.

NO TINSEL if you own indoor cats. No loose string either. Be a mensch, not a fucking retard.
