My instincts tell me that Judge Contreras was most likely the judge who signed off on the FISA warrant that led to the surveillance of Donald Trump’s campaign officials, that included National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn. read more

I think ‘ole Rudy’s got some splainin’ to do–if he took the plea from Flynn knowing he signed the warrant, then the conflict of interest is so big, Stevie Wonder could see it–because the warrant is subject to a suppression hearing in front of a judge who had no contact with the case at all.
I can’t believe he’s that stupid, but I can believe that he’s that arrogant–and never thought he would be dragged into the fray. Rudy, old buddy, I’ll bet you’re wondering how you’re going to word your resignation letter; why not use “to spend more time with the family”–it always seems to work for the Dems when their tits are caught in the wringer.
