NBC: LAS VEGAS — A U.S. judge in Nevada declared a mistrial Wednesday in the case against a states’ rights figure, his two sons and another man accused of leading a 2014 armed standoff with federal agents during a cattle grazing dispute.
Chief U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro in Las Vegas dismissed a jury seated last month for the long-awaited trial of Cliven Bundy, his sons Ryan and Ammon Bundy and self-styled Montana militia leader Ryan Payne.
It is the latest in a string of failed prosecutions in Nevada and Oregon against those who have opposed federal control of vast swaths of land in the American West.
Jurors in Portland, Oregon, acquitted the two Bundy sons of taking over a U.S. wildlife refuge in Oregon for more than a month in early 2016 amid calls for the U.S. government to turn over public land to local control.
In the Nevada case, Navarro faulted federal prosecutors for failing to turn over all evidence to defense attorneys, including records about the conduct of FBI and Bureau of Land Management agents during the standoff. read more

They’ll be retried in February, but the government’s case is significantly weakened with this new information. Dirty, rotten bastards. I detest the BLM and FBI.
If Jeff Sessions will do his job for a change, he’ll direct that this case is not to be prosecuted …… period. The feds were proven to have withheld evidence favorable to the Bundys which for all intents and purposes is lying in order to falsely gain a conviction.
The feds have already proven that they have zero intent of actually providing any of the Bundys with a fair trial so there is no reason to believe that they would ever be honest about anything. The entire case should be dismissed and the BLM cut down to about a dozen employees (with very little “law enforcement” authority) and no contractors.
My concern is that they’ll let them go just to finish them off some other way at some more opportune time.
This ain’t over by a long shot.

It’s kind of humorous how the anti-fa, anarchist left suddenly are all “law and order” on this one issue, but nothing else.
This issue should be followed from the ground agents from the BLM all the way up the food chain to who or what authorized this travesty of justice.
These people should be charged with what ever crimes are applicable, terminated from employment and not eligible for rehire. This whole issue has been one of heavy handed abuse of federal powers. People are dead on account of government abuses. This should not be happening in our country.
