Las Vegas, Nevada- LVMPD seeking missing police Capt. James Larochelle

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department needs your help in locating Capt. James Larochelle.

James was last seen Thursday around 2 a.m. near Desert Foothills and Charleston Boulevard in the far west valley.

He was last seen driving a tan 1998 Land Rover bearing Nevada license plate 592-JBV.

Anyone with any information on the known whereabouts of Larochelle is strongly urged to contact the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Missing Persons Detail at 702-828-2907.

  1. The headline on the RJ’s website says “Las Vegas police captain missing, considered ‘endangered’” but the article does not explain the reason for the headline. Endangered??

  2. Irish: I seem to remember something about a shooting in Las Vegas as well. Must have been a TV movie. I also seem to recall hearing about a train derailment a few days ago, too. Maybe the media found they can’t blame either one on Trump.

  3. This guy is a cop and he has been missing since 2 AM TODAY. Aren’t the cops always telling the citizens that a person isn’t considered missing until they have been gone at least 24 hours? Calm down, go home and don’t come back before 2 AM Friday.
