Hey, California District 26- Tell us about this guy

An email from Republican Jeffrey Burum showed up in the inbox today. Check him out and let us know what you think:

jeffreyburumforcongress.com:  My name is Jeffrey D, Burum, “The Cali Bear,” and I’m committed to representing YOU, the tax payers and citizens of our great district. In California, we have witnessed the size of government and corruption reach a critical level. The time is now to reform healthcare, taxes, decrease the budget, promote local businesses and protect our citizens. As President Reagan said, “Government is not the solution to our problem.

jeffreyburumforcongress

Government is the problem.” I took the Oath when I was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant to defend this country and that hasn’t stopped.  Who else understands all of these issues?  It’s clear our current representation does not.   MORE

  1. There are a surprisingly large number of conservatives in Commiefornia. Whether we were born here or love the surf – and I think 90% of the counties tilt red (just not the populous ones).
I think the limit of my current hopes is to take away the 2/3 supermajority though – and they may have made that irrelevant, that used to prevent tax increases.

  2. There may be hope for California, and other lefty states.
SCOTUS has a case in front of it concerning mandatory union dues, whether its legal to force a nonunion employee to pay the dues.
Public unions are a huge lobby in California.
If SCOTUS rules against the unions, their funding will dry up substantially.
Maybe, just maybe, this will turn the tide. Maybe.

Here’s a link to one of many discussions about the case.
A similar case was before the Court a couple years ago, but with Scalia’s passing, the Court split 4-4. Elections have consequences.

  3. It would be easy to vacate California and simply give up.
It seems a lost cause. But are we willing to abandon the most beautiful state in the union because it’s too hard? We’re not up for the fight?

I say FUCK NO. We’ve got the same fight in Virginia and there will be no surrender or quarter given in this commonwealth.

Timmy Kaine will be defeated. California will do what Europa did yesterday
Evict, reject leftism and all the betrayers who have been misleading and destroying your state.

    Don’t run. Stand and fight!!!
I love your state. Take it back.

What are you doing to fix this? Complaining won’t do it. It’s time for action.

    Bad Brad for Congress.

  4. And left coast Dan, too. I’m blessed to have outstanding congressmen. It’s time to destroy Senator Kaine. Two years from now senator Warner

We’re coming for you. Kaine shook my hand, looked me in the eye and lied to me. You have no idea Timmy.
    It’s personal.

  5. JDHasty, I escaped from that commie shithole in 08 born an raised there retired from there. I remember when it WAS normal now there are so few conservatives left they are outnumbered by the liberal commie faggots from the urban shitholes. I still have friends that are stuck there that want to leave in the worst way but can’t afford it now post the ofuckingbama presidency.

  6. Bad Brad; I keep trying to mention this to you on other posts but they get old too fast. You’ve mentioned going to Prescott, AZ. I lived in Williams, Az and there is a big problem with water. If you’re not in the town you have to haul it. Unless you can afford to drill a 400 foot or deeper well through volcanic rock. Just something to be aware of.
By the way this guy Burum doesn’t mention sanctuary state or cities. That’s issue #1.
