Daily Caller: President Donald Trump relived Hillary Clinton’s 2016 anti-coal comments during a tax reform roundtable in West Virginia on Thursday.
“Let me suggest something everybody in this room — and every West Virginian — knows, and that is you’re a man keeping your promises,” West Virginia Republican Rep. Evan Jenkins posed to POTUS. “I was a proud early supporter of your candidacy.”
“You made a promise to the people of West Virginia to end the war on coal,” he continued. “You referenced the campaign — remember, your opponent said she was gonna put a lot of coal miners out of work.”
“Until she got here,” chimed in Trump, earning raucous applause from the audience. “That didn’t work. Right?”
“She came here and tried to say, ‘No, did I ever say that?’ That was not a good day.” watch
Well, they say revenge is a dish best served coal.
Someday Hillary’s “the dog ate my homework” excuses will be looped on the comedy channel.
And hilariously CNN and all our other state run media still think this guy or anyone else in these swing states that voted for Trump because of JOBS gives a flying hoot about Stormy Daniels or any of the other ‘scandals’ they manufacturer. They will never get it.
