The Third Hospital of Peking University in the Chinese capital of Beijing launched a sperm donation campaign Wednesday, but good health isn’t the only requirement for potential donors. Men ages 20 to 45 wishing to donate their sperm for a possible $900 payday must also hold “favorable political ideologies,” the South China Morning Post reported Friday.
Donors must “love the socialist motherland, support the leadership of the Communist Party, be loyal to the party’s cause and be decent, law-abiding citizens, free of political problems,” the relevant hospital notice read, according to AFP. more
